Tikki Tikki Tembo by Arlene Mosel, Illustrated by Blair Lent

I picked Tikki Tikki Tembo two weeks back from the Bookshelf Library as one of the two books for Luffy. I picked it because I found it interesting and I wanted to read it to him. Luffy showed no interest whatsoever in the book during the week. A day before when we were supposed to return the books (6 days after borrowing them), I read the book to him in a rush, just to "check off" the book.
Funnily enough, he liked it. I was unable to return the books that weekend so we ended up reading the book multiple times last week. Even after returning the book, luffy still walks around from time to time saying "Tikki Tikki Tembo ...".
